Returns and Refunds Policy

This return and refunds policy must be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions found on this website at https://www.premiumsteel.co.za/terms-and-conditions/ and the Privacy Policy https://www.premiumsteel.co.za/privacy-policy/, these three documents consitute the entire agreement between yourself and Fabulous Services and Products(Pty)Ltd. You can not proceed to either make a payment or generate a quotation on the website www.premiumsteel.co.za unless you have ticked the box that you agree to these terms. You are thus considered to have agreed to these terms in full without alteration or deviation in any way.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. 

Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it for an exchange or partial/full refund. A full refund is available to you if the item was in stock at the time of order placement and was not made to order. All items ordered from us are made to order unless it is expreslly stated as being in stock on the day of order placement on the written quotation you received. Made to order means that the item does not exist at the time of order placement in its completed form and manufacturing must take place to realize the product in its finished form.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your partial/full refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within thirty days or depending on your card issuer’s policies after that period but not sooner.

Note that products that are made to order can not be returned. Unless expressly stated about a product upon order placement all products we sell are made to order and can not be returned but may be exchanged if defective within the guarantee and warranty guidelines.

Transport

You will be responsible for paying for your own transport costs for returning your item. Transport costs are non refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return transport (if we arranged collection) will be deducted from your refund. 

Order cancellation prior to delivery

Cancellation of an order must take place within 3 days of order placement in order to be entitled to a full refund. Any cancellation thereafter will accrue a 25% cancellation fee as the product is a made to order item unless it is expressly stated on the quotation that it is in stock on the date of order placement and deliverable within 3 days of receipt of payment.  All delivery dates provided are estimated delivery dates and subject to change without explanation.  Delays and extensions may occur for a variety of reasons including equipment failure, supplier delays and electricity supply/loadshedding but not limited to the aforementioned list. If delivery does not take place within 5 months of order placement the order will be considered to have been abandoned and you are entitled to a full refund without deduction. Any cancellation of the order before 5 calender months will be processed as a refund request and will be paid within 30 days of receipt of that request in writing. A 25% percent cancellation fee will be deducted on all cancellations.

Replacement guarantee 

If your item was used for the purposes it was intended and fails within one year then we will replace the item with a new one but solely based on our sole discretion as to whether it was our manufacturing fault or your misuse. The product must be delivered to us at your own cost for inspection and the exchange shall take place at our premises.

Service warranty 

Our products are sold with a ten year service warranty that guarantees that it should not fail for a period of ten years and that we will replace the product if it fails in the first year as our replacement guarantee commits or make every reasonable attempt to repair the product at our own cost if the failure occurs during the remaining nine years of this warranty.
